Explains how to incorporate balance, agility, speed, coordination, strength, flexibility, endurance, power, and stability into the physical education class. The video reviews the importance of each of the basic components of fitness, and then teaches basic drills and exercises that can be used in any level of physical education class to develop those components. Other areas examined include: Moving beyond traditional exercises, using basic movement patterns to incorporate fitness components, holistic approaches, setting up in any area, and challenging all ability levels.
